This is one of four Console / Sculptures used in the Chiat/ Day Virtual office designed by Gaetano Pesce between 1993-1995. These were used as water fountain consoles in the office. They were on Display in a museum in Florida until deaccessioned and sent to auction a few years ago. These were likely constructed under Gaetano Pesce's guidance by Gregory Beylerian who assisted in the making of the "Seaweed" series while working in Gaetano Pesce's studio in the 1990s.

Dimensions: 41 3/4" h x 25 1/4" w x 19 3/4" d

Materials: resin-impregnated shredded Chiat Day T-shirts, resin 

Condition: Excellent. Slight surface scratches to resin top, wood cleat. There is an intentional notch or channel along the back which is visible on the back of the top.
