Shigeru Ban 10-Unit system bench for Artek, Finland 2010. The 10-unit system was designed in 2009 and produced in small numbers in 2010. Comprised of non-toxic, sustainable and recyclable wood-plastic composite. Ban developed a system of L shaped parts that can be arranged in multiple configurations. In this piece a range of objects, including a chair, a table, and a bench, can be created through the simple L-shaped component made from a wood plastic composite.
