Designed 1956, produced 1961-1980 model no. PK-111 produced by E. Kold Christensen, Denmark. PK-111 is a freestanding partition system composed of modular, laminated Oregon pine elements. Each three-ply piece is constructed from two bent sections joined with an offset, leaving a narrow gap at both ends. While Poul Kjærholm originally envisioned the system in varying heights, its final dimensions were ultimately dictated by its specific use in his own home.
